At Rock and Soul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment and electronics. If your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
